Sabrina Teiger works with spiritual seekers to facilitate awakening in consciousness by fully embracing their human experience and loving themselves no matter what. She believes that as we embrace and accept ourselves where we truly are, the more uplifting our lives will be.
Sabrina has a powerful presence and a deeply loving consciousness. She works with clients one-on-one by holding a sacred space for them to fully experience and embrace their truth. In addition, she facilitates Sacred Council Circles, where a group of loving people come together to connect and to share what is present for them. She also facilitates these circles with students in school settings. To assist her clients in anchoring in the truth of who they are, she designed a successful line of tank tops, called qual-i-tees. Each top has a spiritual quality and a prayer of intention written on them which corresponds to one of the seven chakras.
Sabrina is also the author of a divinely inspired book called Visitors at My Door; written to guide others to tap into their heart’s wisdom. Each visitor she dialogues with points the reader back to his/her truth. She offers the reader the chance to quiet themselves in order to receive the messages that their life experiences bring forward ~ with the knowing that everything in life has something to teach us. Extensively trained in psychology and the healing arts, Sabrina holds a BA in Psychology from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA and an MA in Spiritual Psychology with an emphasis in Consciousness, Health and Healing from the University of Santa Monica, in Santa Monica, CA. She graduated from USM with honors and was recognized for her outstanding work and loving consciousness by being awarded "Student of the Year" at UCLA's prestigious Royce Hall. Sabrina has studied Expressive Art Therapy at the Master's level for one year at Lesley College in Cambridge, MA, and has been trained in the art of Council Facilitation at the Center for Council Training in Ojai, CA. She is currently enrolled in a one year Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan Teacher Training program in Los Angeles.
Sabrina's experience in metaphysical modalities, includes studying the art of Theta Healing, Polarity Healing and Mediumship. In addition, she is a Certified Angel Therapy Practitioner® trained by Doreen Virtue, PhD, a world renowned therapist and best selling author.
Having lived all over the world including Japan, England, and Israel, Sabrina has made Los Angeles home with her husband of 16 years, her three magnificent boys, 2 dogs and 2 cats. She works from her home ~ a sacred space filled with light, warmth and loving. One and all are welcomed. ♥
